Rock Creek Palisades Citizens Association

The Rock Creek Palisades Citizens Association (RCPCA) is a voluntary neighborhood association that represents over 1,700 homes on both sides of Connecticut Avenue in North Kensington, Maryland. We are not an HOA.

Our neighborhood includes Connecticut Gardens, Hammond Wood, Kensington Knolls, Newport Hills, North Kensington, and Rock Creek Palisades.

The RCPCA provides a platform for residents to connect, advocate for shared concerns, and celebrate what makes our neighborhood special.

The volunteer-led association, steered by a small board and bolstered by a significant number of additional volunteers and supporters, aims to create a stronger neighborhood through advocacy and community building.

We host a variety of events and meetings throughout the year and actively advocate for infrastructure and safety improvements in our community.

Whether it’s through events, newsletters, or partnerships with local schools and businesses, we aim to foster pride and participation throughout the neighborhood.
